How Fishers Window Replacement handles the information you share with us.
What we collect
This website has no contact form, no chat widget and no newsletter sign-up. There is nowhere on it to type your name, your address or your email address, so none of that reaches us from the site itself.
Two kinds of information do exist. The first is whatever you choose to tell us when you call (317) 597-6340 — usually your first name, the town you live in, the address of the house we would be measuring, and a description of what the windows are doing. You decide how much of that to say, and you can ask a general question without giving any of it. The second is the ordinary technical record every web server keeps.
- Whatever you choose to say on the phone
- Standard server logs — pages requested, date and time, referring page, browser and device type, IP address
- Aggregate analytics about how visitors move through the pages
How we use it
What you tell us on the phone is used to answer your question, work out whether the job sits inside our service area, and — if that is what you want — schedule an in-person measure and write up a quote. Nothing beyond that.
Server and analytics data is used to keep the site working and to see which pages people actually read, which tells us where an explanation is too thin. We look at it in aggregate. We are not trying to identify individual visitors, and the site does not assemble a profile of you.
What we do not do with it
We do not sell or rent personal information. Not to lead brokers, not to lender or insurer lists, not to other contractors, not to anyone. There is no arrangement under which your details are handed on in exchange for money or anything else of value.
- No sale or rental of personal information, ever
- No trading your call details with other contractors or lead brokers
- No adding you to a marketing list because you rang once
- No collecting a street address before you have decided you want a measure
If you call, ask a question and decide not to go ahead, that is the end of it. We do not keep ringing.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies for two purposes: making the pages behave as intended, and counting visits. It does not run advertising cookies of its own, and there is no retargeting pixel dropped here for us to follow you around the internet with.
Every mainstream browser lets you block or delete cookies, and most can warn you before one is stored. Blocking them may make parts of the site behave oddly, but nothing here needs a cookie in order to be readable. If you would rather browse without being counted, browser settings and a private window are the route.
Third-party services
Like most sites, this one leans on a few outside providers simply to exist: hosting, content delivery and website analytics. Those providers process the technical data described above on our behalf, under their own privacy terms, and each keeps its own logs.
Phone calls are a separate matter. Your call travels over your carrier's network and ours, and those carriers handle it under their own policies. We do not control what a phone company records about a call, and neither do you.
Where a page links out to a manufacturer, a ratings programme or a public information source, that destination is not covered by this policy. Read the policy of whichever site you land on.
Your choices
The strongest choice here is also the simplest: you can read every page, learn what a full-frame replacement involves and what swapping an insulated unit entails, and never tell us anything at all. Nothing on the site asks you to identify yourself.
- Ask a general question on the phone without giving your name
- Ask what we have written down about your enquiry
- Ask us to correct something we noted wrongly
- Ask us to delete the notes from your enquiry
- Ask not to be contacted again
- Block or clear cookies in your browser whenever you like
Any of those requests is handled over the phone at (317) 597-6340. We would rather sort it out in one call than build a paper trail about it.
Contact us about privacy
There is no form here to submit a privacy request through, and we do not publish an inbox that nobody watches. Privacy questions go to the same place as window questions: call (317) 597-6340 and say what you want to know, corrected or removed. If we are up a ladder when you ring, leave a message and we will call back.
Questions about anything on this page: (317) 597-6340. Ask for whoever handles the enquiry notes and say what you need changed.
If a line in this policy is unclear, or you want to know exactly what we hold about your enquiry before you take it further, that is a fair question and we will answer it plainly on the phone.
