Use of this website

This site exists to explain what Fishers Window Replacement does, which openings we work on, and how to reach us. You are welcome to read it, print a page, or send a link to whoever else is deciding about the windows. By using the site you accept the terms set out below.

What we ask in return is ordinary. Do not attempt to break the site, scrape it wholesale, republish its pages as your own, or use it for anything unlawful. There is no account to register and nothing to log in to, so there is no password of yours here for anyone to lose.

There is also no contact form, chat window or booking widget. Everything that starts a job starts with a phone call to (317) 597-6340.

Accuracy of information

We write these pages carefully and describe real methods — full-frame tear-out to the rough opening, insulated units set into sound existing frames, argon fill, warm-edge spacers, flashing sequence. Even so, everything here is general explanation, not a specification for your house.

Product ranges, glass packages, manufacturer options, lead times and the details of any programme mentioned can all change without this site changing on the same day. Nothing here is a warranty, a guarantee of a particular performance number, or a promise that a specific product will be available when you order.

Do not make a decision that costs money on the strength of a web page. Get the openings measured and get the answer in writing.

No quote or contract formed here

This is the most important term on the page, so it gets said plainly. Nothing on this website is a quote, an estimate, an offer or a binding price. No figure, range, comparison or example cost anywhere on the site commits either of us to anything.

Pricing comes from one place only: a written, itemized quote issued after we have measured your openings in person. Until that document exists and you have accepted it, there is no contract between us — not from reading a page, not from a phone conversation, and not from us saying a job sounds straightforward.

A number becomes real when it is written down and itemized after an in-person measure. Anything before that is conversation.

That cuts the other way too. Calling us does not oblige you to buy anything. A measure and a written quote cost nothing and carry no commitment either way.

Service area

We work in Fishers and across Hamilton County and the northeast side of the Indianapolis metro. The current list is Fishers, Noblesville, Carmel, Westfield, McCordsville, Geist, Fortville, Lawrence, Oaklandon, Castleton, Zionsville, Cicero, Pendleton and the northeast side of Indianapolis — all in Indiana.

That list describes where we normally travel. It is not a boundary we can never cross, and it is not a guarantee that we can take on any job inside it: crew schedule, season and the size of the work all bear on that. If you are just outside the list, ring and ask. The answer is quick either way.

Intellectual property

The text, page structure, photographs and layout of this site belong to Fishers Window Replacement or are used with permission, and the descriptive copy was written for this site. You may read it, link to it, and print it for your own use in deciding about your windows.

You may not copy the pages onto another website, rewrite them lightly as another company's marketing, or present our explanations as your own work. Manufacturer names, product names and programme names that appear on the site belong to the organisations that own them and are used only for description.

Third-party links

Some pages link out to manufacturers, glazing programmes and public information sources so you can check a claim rather than take our word for it. Those sites are not ours.

We do not control their content, their pricing, their availability or how they handle your data, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on the far side of it. Once you leave this site, the terms and privacy policy of wherever you land are the ones that apply.

Changes to these terms

These terms can change as the site changes — a service added, wording tightened, a page reorganised. When that happens, the revised version replaces this one on this page, and using the site afterwards means the revised terms are the ones that apply to you.

We do not send notices about it. If these terms matter to your situation, read this page again before you rely on it, or ring and ask whether anything material has changed.
